I would like to share my experience with Desert Springs. In April I had to make a very difficult decision to place my parents into assisted living. We looked several places and the moment I walked inside it felt like home. The staff members are absolutely amazing. Rema Farvin is beyond kind compassionate and easily accessible with communication. My Dad unfortunately passed away while on hospice just 5 days after becoming a resident. My family stayed around the clock to be with my Dad. The staff became extended family. The compassion they showed was heartfelt. My mom is currently still a resident and suffers from Dementia. They have set up every service she needs and she is always loved and cared for each and every day. They are used to my daily calls to check on her and I always get an immediate response. I go and visit her several times a week and each time it’s immaculate, they are always interacting with the residents. I am so grateful for Desert Springs for all the love they provide. If you are considering a place for yourself or your loved one I can’t say enough about the quality of care provided to all the residents. It always feels like an extension of home and they have become a second family to me. Thank you Desert Springs for caring for my mom around the clock.
