*In Response* At Red Mountain Assisted Living, we work tirelessly to ensure our residents’ needs are met — including continually adjusting our menu to better suit their preferences and nutritional requirements. All medications are managed and administered by state-certified caregivers in strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Any interpersonal concerns that arise are promptly addressed by management, either through additional hospitality training or, when necessary, ending the individual’s employment. We take resident well-being and comfort seriously, and some statements made in this review are misleading or inaccurate. For over 30 years, Red Mountain Assisted Living has proudly served the senior community in the East Valley. We are committed to supporting and training our long-term team so they can provide the highest standard of care.
