Scottsdale Palms Assisted Living was highly recommended to us, and they were by far the most attractive option of the facilities we did investigate. Frankly, I am honestly not sure what we would have done without them. Our need arose rather suddenly and left us quite little time to find a solution. Plus, our situation came with some uniquely difficult circumstances. By rights, they literally could have declined us. But they went well out of their way to make special accommodations for us; ever since, continuing to go far above and beyond any typical sort of levels in dedication to time, effort, and attention. Their unwavering patience and understanding, with steadfast unconditional positive regard, is universal throughout all staff, management, ownership, and seems to rub off onto anybody else I happen to see there. The facility is beautiful, and so is every soul on their team. I never could have wished for a better solution, and I could not even imagine being happier than I am about our experience with Scottsdale Palms Assisted Living.
