My construction company was recently was hired to remodel a bathroom at the Hayden location and I felt the need to write a review. This is such a great facility (truly feels like a home) and such a wonderful company. The level of care the staff and owners have for each and every resident is rare. I work as a firefighter as well and more often than not see the neglect and lack of empathy that takes place in care faciities, this is not one of those facilities. I was able to tour all three locations and saw the same thing at each location. Happy residents, happy staff, and high end living areas that are well maintained. I never write reviews, but this one felt necessary.
