I would strongly encourage anyone considering this group home for a loved one to do their research before making a decision. My friend had one of the worst experiences of his life whiling living here. At night he was left alone because staff told him they needed their rest and that no one was available during the night. Left with very little water to last until morning. On one occasion, a male staff member brought him warm water and behaved completely innappropriate manner. Melas were often served cold. overall the care was far below what anyone should expect for an elderly resident who depended on staff for his well-being, comfort, and dignity. They also don't answer their phone at this place. Absolutely unprofessional.
