My wife has stayed at Compassionate Manor since July 1 of this year. I have been impressed not only by the outstanding care she received but by how much healthier my wife has become despite her severe dementia, My wife gets up from her couch and immediately forgets what she needs. A caregiver will grab her by the hand to assist her. She is checked twice during the night for dirty depends and changed accordingly. She is so much stronger and healthier looking.She eats three balanced meals every day and is bathed and cleaned regularly.She stopped using her walker after only one eeek at Compassionate Manor. Her resistance to the weak periods of dementia is so much stronger. She has had only one morning of being weak and fully recovered by 1:00 pm. Living with me her down periods lasted two weeks to a month where she needed assistance to get off of the toilet and could not walk well.
