I am writing this review to share my extraordinary experience with my caregiver, Cynthia D., and to express my deepest gratitude for the unparalleled care she provided. I am planning an upcoming right-arm shoulder replacement and rotator cuff surgery, and my absolute top priority is ensuring that Cynthia is the one by my side again. I simply will not trust anyone else in my home. Cynthia is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail, honesty, and genuine nature make her stand out completely. She doesn't just clock in and do a job; she cares for you like family. She respects my time so much that she consistently arrives 30 minutes before her shift, quietly waiting in her car until it is time to start. Once she is inside, her incredible initiative takes over. She instinctively knows what needs to be done and creates a smooth, comforting routine that makes her feel right at home. While her primary role was always to care for me, Cynthia constantly took on massive household tasks purely out of the goodness of her heart. When the city sent a notice about weeds in the back alley, Cynthia grabbed the lawnmower, weed whacker, and trash cans and cleared it all herself. To get me ready for the week ahead, she would fill up my gas tank, take my car for an oil change and a car wash, and vacuum the interior. She expertly managed my groceries and picked up medications for both me and my mother. Whenever I struggled with technology, she was right there to help connect my phone to Bluetooth. Her care extended to my entire household. She kept an eye on my mother, watched over my German Shepherd, helped pick up dog waste in the yard, cleaned debris out of the pool, and even changed out my home's air filters. Cynthia’s attentiveness, proactive planning, and sheer dedication are rare findings in home care. She is an exceptional caregiver and an even better person. If you want the absolute best care for yourself or a loved one, Cynthia D. is the gold standard. I cannot wait to have her back after my surgery!
