We could NOT have had a better experience for the final months of my mom's life. Facility, ownership and staff are a 10/10. They immediately changed my mom's pre-conceived negative notion of an assisted-living facility. They really care and they show it in many ways.

The care my mother received at Planada Royal Care, was exceptional. Transitioning mom to a 24/7 care facility was a really hard decision, but after talking with Paul and Jennifer I felt I was making the best decision for her. They are always open to help with anything and quick to respond to concerns. Her staff truly love what they do and I know my mom felt safe and well cared for.

I can say only good things about Planada Royal Care. I recently moved my aunt to this care home facility. I live at a distance and am unable to visit frequently. I trust Jenny and staff to keep me informed of any and all issues that may arise. The facility is clean, bright, fresh and very well done. The meals provided to my aunt are also well done. I can rest assured that all her needs are well taken care of. Jenny has been a pleasure to work with and I certainly appreciate all her efforts. It truly is a great place to be when that level of care is needed.
