Advise getting educated on services animals. Small animals trained for upper body nudging/ etc need not be on the floor. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF!! I was embarrassed and offended by your two employees. Well not the first one, but the follow up fella, absolutely ridiculous

We moved in only a few months ago, and have not had the opportunity to take part in all the wonderful activities happening in the community. The staff is so friendly and helpful, respectful even when they have to repeat themselves. The people here are friendly and most are open to meeting new people. The food is good, and housekeeping is adequate enough to free up my time to do the things I love to do. The security of having a place ready to take care of us during the aging process, relieving our children to live their lives, is immeasurable.
