Absolutely do not be admitted if Noone knows about your equipment. They give you 2 seconds attention and do not read or listen to instructions. Only a few staff go above and beyond, very short staffed Waiting now forcompany to come out to explain.

I can not thank them enough for their amazing care of our family member. These ladies have such a heart of service! They went above and beyond for our family. I can not recommend them higher,. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you to Valorine, Rose and other staff members for their love and devotion towards the members of this home. It really is a home.

My dad had been staying at a large assisted living facility since 2017. Earlier this year, 2024, his health began to decline to where he needed more one-on-one attention than the facility could provide. Best of Heart was recommended by a caregiver and I am very thankful for this. Speaking with Valorine on the phone she was very patient with my questions and willing to move my dad in immediately. Moving him into Best of Heart was such a blessing for him and peace of mind for me. He was more relaxed than he has been for months. He loved Valorine and Rose. He passed away quietly in his sleep this month. The entire situation was handled with grace and dignity by Best of Heart. I would recommend Best of Heart without hesitation. Also I want to take this opportunity to say Thank You to Valorine and Rose. You are very special people who have huge hearts for the elderly.
