I'm providing an exceptional review to Edgewood Place Assisted Living located 42085 N Cutbow Trail, San Tan Valley, AZ. Our mom was admitted to Edgewood after a hospitalization and passed four days later. Her children were at Edgewood very long hours throughout the day but having her at Edgewood allowed us to go home at night and sleep knowing she was receiving great care. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to stay with her all day long. The staff was very caring in such a short period of time. My mother was always clean, comfortable, and dry. The house was very clean and furniture was moved around to accommodate our needs with so many visitors. Edgewood had an excellent working relationship with our hospice provider. When there were any questions at any time of the day or night, the owner was on the phone directing her care. On the day we knew our mother was going to pass, we asked if we could stay with her so she wouldn't pass alone. While the staff planned to sit with her throughout the night, we wanted to be there. The next thing we knew, the owner was delivering blankets, food, coffee, and more to make our stay overnight as comfortable as possible. Over the top customer service and caring! Amazing and just so thoughtful! Our mother passed that evening while we held her and we couldn't have had a better experience. So thankful we found Edgewood Place and their exceptional patient care.
