Carmen’s health care aids were dependable and caring. We always felt Mom was in good hands. The team executed meals and other activities of daily living consistently with the highest care. Carmen did a good job of ensuring continuity and was sensitive to Mom’s preferences, personality, and needs. She did her best to provide and assign caregivers with whom my mom had developed trust and comfort. When we made suggestions to help us monitor Mom’s care, Carmen was very responsive and quickly adapted the care routine.
Mom could be highly particular about her care needs; Carmen had a wonderful bedside manner with my mom, and she instilled the same approach in her caregivers. They were patient and understanding with Mom when circumstances required it.
