I had a wonderful experience with this assisted care facility. The environment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it truly feels like a home rather than an institution. The staff is caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere for residents. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining both the quality of the facility and the well-being of the people who live there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming home-like environment for their loved ones.

The retreat is a beautiful facility. The staff is caring and loving, and they have a wonderful house, dog and chickens and the environment just has a great loving feeling. i’ve lived next-door and watched it grow from the first day. It opened until now, and the staff and management are truly dedicated to the resident they serve.. They even have a hair salon and a movie theater in the gym and an art studio. We’ve visited many times and I’ve always been welcomed.

Tucson Assisted Living Retreat has been an absolute blessing. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The environment is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely treat residents like family. The caregivers are patient and kind, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which gives incredible peace of mind. It’s evident that the leadership takes pride in creating a loving and supportive atmosphere. The activities, meals, and overall environment make this feel less like a facility and more like a home. We are so grateful to have found Tucson Assisted Living Retreat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

Absolutely incredible. The staff is amazing. We moved my dad in 2 months ago...Zero regrets. Tough decision? Yes. We couldn't imagine him anywhere else. It's more of a home than a facility. I eat breakfast with my dad, build puzzles, feed chickens, exercise, crafts, etc. I know all of the staff by name and vice versa. He's safe which is important. There's a movie theater, TV room, live music, exercise room, doing room, gorgeous courtyard...so much more. Look no more further - you've found your home for your loved one.
