We contacted Miguel to donate a piano and two televisions. He was quite prompt and came the next day to pick them up. All I asked was for a letter of donation that I could use for my taxes. He assured me he would provide that immediately. Two months and several contacts later with promises of providing the letter, and still nothing. The only good side to this is that the residents may be enjoying the items. If you find yourself in the situation of wanting to donate to a worthy cause, this may still be an option for you, just know that you will not be provided with a receipt for your contributions for tax purposes.

My Grandmother was at Mom and Dad Place for a little under a year and the amount of care she was provided was amazing.. the staff treated her like family and all her friends there as well. Everytime I would visit I was greeted with smiling faces and my grandma would tell me all of the fun things she did, or maybe even a Cardinal she saw from her window. I cant thank this place enough for making her stay the best it could be. I'll miss those stories she told me.

Make sure you read the fine print, they charge you for the month even if you are only there for days. My Mom was sent to this facility, she could not get up and bathe or feed herself. Still unclear as to why Hospice said she did not qualify. This place charged us $6,000! For only five days! When I asked for some of the money back for burial needs they refused. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very disturbing!!! One of their residents has a little chihuahua that gets left outside all day crying to come in. I walked over and complained to the staff but nothing has changed! So today being 115 degrees outside, with an excessive heat warning in effect!! I decided to walk over and check on the little guys situation. Well the poor pup was outside lying in his own urine and feces on the hot concrete patio with little shade and an empty bowl in front of him. I took pictures! I am disgusted that they would even allow this in humans behavior!!! I can’t believe that no one cares…not even the staff🤬. If it doesn’t change immediately..I will be forced to contact authorities!!!
