Never in my life have I experienced an organization so dedicated and understanding of the needs of the audience they serve. We contacted them to assist with my fathers final days in Hospice. Heather picked up the phone and offered me every assurance and flexibility I needed to say, let's do it. Within an hour, Stacy arrived to go over the plan. And by four o'clock that same day w we had round the clock care. Sam, our caregiver, was sent straight from heaven. I thought no one could match her, but that evening Andrea arrived with her own spark and style. She made us laugh even at our lowest. And at 8 am, she was relieved by Sam. They carefully exchange information to assure my fathers care didn't miss a beat. Sam stood with us through the hardest hours of our lives, and brought us all (not just my dad) peace and comfort. I recently heard during times of loss and grief, friends can become strangers. And strangers can become friends. In this case, strangers became family. Thank you Amada. I will be thinking of more ways to use this service during happier times. But absolutely recommend them as a support for hospice care. We could not have done it without them.
