I’m sad to say this care facility is lacking. I have now seen this group twice at the Mesa Riverview splash pad. Today while I was there three boys were running around with their genitalia out. I kept looking around for staff members but there were none in sight. I waited a good five minutes, but no one did anything about it. I eventually got so uncomfortable because I have two small children that I left. The care facility is clearly understaffed. Previously at the splash pad, a boy did not want to get out so one of the male staff members put him on the ground and rolled him out. In my opinion, no human should be treated like this.
