Update as of May 2025: I am in my second renewal with Arcadia Villa. That's 3 years in October. Never once have they increased my rate.
The rent, along with fees are consistent. You know exactly what you’re going to be paying . They don’t tack on odd fees I’ve seen other places do.
It’s very quiet. I don’t hear anything other than when the grounds are being maintained. Which I appreciate. The security gate is maintained pretty well. It’s secure and If the gates do stop working it’s fixed immediately.
If maintenance is requested it’s taken care of in the same day. Well I’ve only needed them out a couple of times. But they came immediately.
The club house, pool and gym are very clean and kept up nicely. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It’s close to my sons’ school. This is a beautiful community and neighborhood.
Resident portal is user friendly - easy to navigate.
I just have to mention: I have never once seen a roach. I don’t know if other residents have dealt with that but I never have. And that’s what’s most important to me, a clean environment that is roach free.
I have an in unit washer/dryer combo. My apartment was the first in have this upgrade! That's how you know they go above and beyond. They heard a concern and made it happen. Just wow!
