As someone who frequently visits friends who live in this apartment community, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is the cleanliness. There is trash scattered throughout the property on a regular basis, and the area around the trash compactor is almost always overflowing with garbage. It creates an unpleasant first impression and makes the community look poorly maintained. Another major concern is the persistent smell of dog urine and feces. Nearly every time I visit, there is a strong odor that lingers throughout parts of the property. It seems like pet waste is not being addressed or enforced, which affects everyone’s experience not just the residents but their guests as well. Parking is another significant problem. Finding a spot can be extremely difficult, and the EV charging spaces appear to have been poorly designed. There isn’t enough room around the chargers, and vehicles frequently park on or over the lines, making it difficult or even impossible for an electric vehicle to park properly and use the chargers. While I can’t speak to the apartments themselves since I’m not a resident, the condition of the common areas and the parking situation leave a very negative impression. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests more effort into keeping the property clean, enforcing pet waste policies, and improving the parking layout. The residents deserve a community that is clean, functional, and well maintained.
