I worked alongside Kathy and her team on a transaction where she represented the seller and our team represented the buyer. She was truly wonderful to collaborate with. She is very professional, beyond patient, and an excellent communicator from start to finish. It’s clear that Kathy genuinely cares about her clients while remaining considerate of the other party’s situation and needs. Normally I avoid reviewing businesses, but the service level I received from Kathy and her team was beyond any expectations. I am difficult customer with particular tastes (some would call me stubborn) and I also come with a challenging financial picture. All hurdles were overcome with the professionalism of this team. Perfect property found, loan was attained, and closing was easy, all with the help of Kathy. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.
