I was a longtime customer of Arizona Soap Supply and absolutely loved shopping there. It was my go-to place for fragrance oils, carrier oils, and supplies for my projects. The selection was always impressive, and I could usually find everything I needed in one trip.
I stopped by Makers Haven a few times during the transition and remodel phase. At the time, I was disappointed because many of the fragrance oils and carrier oils I had come to rely on didn't seem to be available. Since I couldn't find some of my regular supplies, I ended up doing much of my shopping back in Los Angeles instead.
I also wasn't as pleased with the customer service during my visits. One of the things I loved most about Arizona Soap Supply was how welcoming and helpful the staff always seemed. During my return visits, that same level of service wasn't something I personally experienced, which made the overall shopping experience feel different than what I had grown accustomed to.
That being said, I understand the store was going through a major transition and remodel at the time. Changes like that can be challenging, and my experience may not reflect where the business is today. Because of how much I enjoyed Arizona Soap Supply over the years, I plan to stop by again and give Makers Haven another chance. I'm hopeful the inventory has expanded and that the customer experience has grown along with it.
I'm looking forward to visiting in the future and seeing how things have evolved.
