I wish I could give Wellsprings of Gilbert 10 stars! Both my mom and dad have previously stayed in other skilled nursing facilities in the valley. They do not even compare to Wellsprings. It is a beautiful, super clean place and the staff is absolutely amazing! Scott and Heath were incredibly kind and so helpful anytime I had a need or a question for my mom. All the caregivers were so attentive and were right there to help my mom with everything. My mom has never liked anywhere she has had to stay but she kept saying she felt like a celebrity at Wellsprings. I HIGHLY recommend Wellsprings to anyone needing care. I am so grateful for all they did for my mom after she got out of the hospital. A HUGE thank you to Wellsprings of Gilbert!!

I have had the opportunity to work with many rehabilitation facilities over the years. This facility has consistently provided excellent care for my clients, and I have been very impressed with the quality of services they provide. The facility is clean, well maintained, and creates a welcoming environment for patients and their families. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping each patient achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout my clients' stay, they have been treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism, which has given both my clients and their families confidence in the care they are receiving. Based on my professional experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this rehabilitation facility to anyone looking for high quality, compassionate care.
