Five years ago, our father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and recently we faced what may be the most heart-wrenching decision our family has ever had to make together.
For 25 years, we’ve called Anthem home. When that day finally came, we were overwhelmed—drowning in guilt, grief, confusion, and doubt that seemed to pull us in every direction at once.

We are grateful to have found such a small, intimate community so close to home. Knowing that our dad is just minutes away brings us immeasurable comfort. We can visit whenever our hearts need to see him, share a meal, or simply sit together and share memories. This move has transformed what could have felt like a separation into something that feels more like an extension of home—and for that, we are grateful.
