I cannot say enough about the incredible care my father received at Grace Hill Ranch. From the moment he walked through the doors, the staff treated him—and our entire family—with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. They went above and beyond to ensure his comfort, safety, and happiness every single day. The caregivers were attentive and patient, always taking the time to engage with him in meaningful ways. They honored his personality, his history, and his needs, which gave us peace of mind knowing he was in the best hands possible. The facility itself was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Our family will forever be grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown during such a tender chapter of our lives. This team not only cared for my father, but supported us as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional memory care for their loved one.

I had to put my dad under hospice and after a few weeks it was clear that he needed more help then what a visiting nurse and hospice could handle. I was able to visit Grace Hill Ranch and within two days we had my dad at a new home! At the time there were four care givers for ten patients, WOW! I visited five assisted living homes and most of them only had one to two care givers for up to eight patients. One of my requirements was the assisted living place had to have a Hoyer lift. Daniela (the owner) had two Hoyer lifts, one electric and the other manual. She was able to lift me off the ground and put me on the couch. You would be amazed at how many places didn't even know how to work the Hoyer lift or the lift was still in the packing box. Unfortunately, my father passed away after two weeks at Grace Hill Ranch, but he was always taken care of. He was showered every third day, medicine given on time and even got to go outside when he was feeling up to it. Anne took many pictures of him throughout the day and sent them to me. I was there everyday or every other day and I could see the care he was given. One of the many things I liked about about Grace Hill Ranch is that they didn't let my dad sit in his room but brought him out to a common area, where they all could talk and see each other. Thank you, Grace Hill Ranch for taking care of my dad when he needed it the most.
