I lived here for about 2 years. Do not recommend. Myriad of issues throughout my time: no hot water, no ac working, inspections all the time, dirty dog park, front staff that doesn't answer phones or provide any assistance whatsoever. If you look at the reviews, a lot of the 5 stars come from the front staff themselves. As long as Greystar manages this property, avoid living here!!

It’s my boyfriend and I’s first time moving out and Avana Tempe made us realize that this is the best decision we’ve made, special thanks to La Dawn!! Her warm hospitality and energy made us feel safe and welcomed! She gave us an amazing tour of the community and answered any of our questions with detailed explanations. We are excited to see what our future holds in our new home at Avana Tempe.

We've had a wonderful experience with Avana Tempe, and the staff has made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. La Dawn was absolutely amazing during our tour! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome right away. She walked us through the apartments thoroughly and provided detailed and clear answers. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel confident in our decision. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and highly recommend Avana Tempe to anyone looking for a new apartment!
