Calling in for information the lady sounded like she was driving a. Car, opening a garage door, confused why I was calling. It was not reassuring. I had to ask if she was the Carefree assisted living because it felt like I had dialed the wrong number. When asking her questions related to Medicaid and payments her replied were “I guess.” Very odd interaction. Felt like it was not a real facility and unnerving the company respresentive didn’t know much information. Suggestion: look at the facility before making a Decision. And maybe you might have better luck. Hopefully, my phone call interaction daughter her at a bad time and I have a long distance phone number.
