A Truly Caring and Compassionate Place — Park Senior Villas
After calling and visiting numerous senior homes for my 80-year-old mother with dementia, none of them felt right. Then I spoke with Dawn at Park Senior Villas, and from that very first call, I knew this place was different. Her cheerful voice, positive energy, and genuine compassion immediately stood out.
I sent my brother to visit that same day, and the next day I drove up from California to see it myself — and I absolutely loved it from the moment I walked in. The community was spotless, calm, and welcoming. The staff were happy, professional, and clearly cared about their residents.
I also met Brian, the director, who is beyond amazing — he’s responsive, caring, and even allows you to text or call him after hours or on weekends if something comes up. (And yes, I did — and he always responded!) Both Dawn and Brian go above and beyond, and the caregivers there are truly angels.
When I asked my mother if she liked it, she said she loves it! She’s happy, comfortable, and at peace. She didn’t want to go to a home at first, but now every time I visit, she’s smiling, excited, and truly happy.
Park Senior Villas has exceeded every expectation. It’s one of those rare places that feels “too good to be true,” but it really is true. My family and I finally have peace of mind knowing my mother is in such a loving, safe environment.
