Delia is 100% invested in the care she provides for her residents. She is a hands-on owner with a heart of gold. Highly recommend her homes!

My 98-yr-old uncle has been a resident here for over a year. We moved him here because we felt the care at his former facility was not meeting his needs. We couldn’t be happier with Silver Creek! Delia, with her wonderful family and staff, have treated my uncle like family. They are so attentive and caring. They give him mental stimulation and social interaction in addition to taking care of his physical needs.They are simply the best, and it’s such a huge comfort knowing my uncle is in such capable hands!

Delia and her crew treat my 98 year old WWII Veteran Client, like FAMILY…. Just as they do ALL their residents! As his Geriatric Care Manager, his well being is my top priority. He has become OUR family as well. Working with Delia has been such a wonderful experience. She communicates with me, as well as my Assistant and “our Guy’s” Family in Pennsylvania. We are always updated and welcome. Delia is a true patient advocate, loving Group Home Owner and a professional with a perfect record!!
