My mother has resided at West Valley Care home 2 for almost 3 and 1/2 years as of this date. I live minutes from this care home so I am fortunate to be able to visit my mom on a regular basis, as a result of my close proximity and regular visits I feel that I am in a good position to review this care home. The first thing you notice when entering the home is how clean the home is, and how friendly the skilled staff is. The staff is caring and attentive to the residents. They have painted my mom's nails many times to make her feel good. They have birthday parties for the residents with cake and ice cream. The staff actually cares about the residents, a quality often lacking in other care homes.
The meals are homemade , nutritious and balanced in addition to the tasty food, trained medical professionals are available for any resident needing quality of life care and will be addressed in a timely matter. There is also a doctor on call.
In closing West Valley Home Care 2 is not a warehouse for you loved one. Every effort is made to make the residents feel safe, secure care for and at home.
